Re: Debian 9 Stretch

Wait a bit before installing it. Pretty serious bug on the current release: https://fosspost.org/2017/06/20/debian-9-live-images-broken-developers-working-fix/. Wait for new ISOs to be published. There is a bug in the Packages files included on the live images, causing the included Debian Installer...

LMDE2.?

Hope you "land" somewhere safe and with Air Conditioning.

Re: Search Engines

Any helpful ideas are appreciated, but please don't simply repeat the canned instructions, I already tried them and they do not work. I would appreciate though if someone replicates my procedure and indicates whether or not they were able to install these SE's. I find it poor form for someone to as...

Re: I have a question and a hypothesis

Okay, thanks. Well, the output looked fine in the console. To capture it, I used an old MS-DOS redirect trick, as: "inxi -Fxzd > myfile.txt". Use inxi -Fsxd -c0 | nc termbin.com 9999 -c0 strips out the ASCII color formatting . Emphasis mine and not directed solely at you. :) nc termbin.co...

Re: External Monitor only shows background/desktop image

Welcome to the Mint Forums.

We will (eventually?) need this output from terminal.

Code: Select all

inxi -Fsz -c0 | pastebin

and paste the link back here.

Thanks!
