This is my first time using an ATI card, my MoBo doesn't have AGP and this is the only PCI Viedo card I had.

I have 2 port Fire wire card for my laptop that I would like to get working. Currently it does not seem to be recognized when I boot Mint and I haven't been able to find any tips here or in the Ubuntu forums that weren't talking about wireles cards

I followed the instructions and it all worked fine on my laptop upgrading from Bea to Bianca. Maybe you sould just try again.

Since I first started messing with Ubuntu I have learned it's best to burn Linux distros at 2x or 4x to avoid install issues.

On an unrelated note I submitted Bianca's release to digg hopefully it won't backfire with the site getting dugg to death
