I currently have got Linux Mint 20 install on my pc. I try to set up my HP Laserjet M1522nf printer. After downloading HPLIP from HP and install, the scanner is unable to work.

Hi Yes I know the temperature is on the high side. At first I though is the fan not working causing the temperature to be high so the system freeze. But now after your advise I know is RAM problem.
