Hi!

I can't find this package thunderbird-l10n-sl. If may ask, why is not in the repos of lmde2?
(it is slovenian language for the thunderbird)

I do not have this problem. Maybe you should try with a new clean user account? for new clean user account what I must do ? Is this enough I open MC and delete all files and folder in home folder ? In Windows I used a program called HostsXpert to manage the hosts file, with it you could download updated hosts files with all the ad servers and doggy sites blocked and add any you wish to block, is there something similar for Linux or if not how do I manually edit the Hosts file? In terminal:

sudo visudo

find this:

%sudo ALL=(ALL) ALL

change to this:

%sudo ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD: ALL

Save and close terminal. From this point on you wont use password anymore on sudo command. Search for more options in the forum. We talked about that already many times.

Not all wine versions are working with all windows software....i can't run for example perfect world with latest wine versions but i can with 1.3.15. So maybe you should try different wine versions. For that you will need this one: PlayOnLinux.

I run it from autostart folder when I log in to gnome session. My command is only: "compiz --replace"
I hope this helps a little bit. :)

run this: gnome-session-properties

then add new program there with run command: compiz --replace

this should do the trick
