pocket and quickforms took over my firefox
Namely, my homepage is to a Quickforms advertisement and Bing is my search engine and settings shows inference to "Pocket?" I'd never choose this crap in a hundred years. Something is wrong with my Mint! My homepage used to be Linuxmint and I've never used work-spaces in almost a decade an...

Re: VLC won't install due to maximised eula, other issues too

The frame border and the video edge seemed to match like a monitor should, now it doesn't. I should do a separate posting for ...

Display settings on maximum and the screen size is still too large. This seems to be a problem for all applications after r...

mouse keyboard dead after update
FYI-- after updating to 5.11.0-25 my mouse and keyboard went dead. I had to borrow a cable mouse and keyboard and found the Logitech stuff was dis-installed during update. Maybe someone could add these hardware items to the update? I'd hate to see someone else battle this issue.

Re: usb and TPM error messages during boot
Maybe there's something in those instructions for fully enabling TPM that'll help in finding a solution.... Instructions? What a novel idea! turning off the bluetooth (didn't know it was working) had no effect on error messages temp6 after being off for awhile still reads 114. Sensor is either not ...

Re: usb and TPM error messages during boot
I get these errors prior to anything plugged in, prior to full bootup. These messages appear during boot. Not using anything such as bluetooth. Wifi works and there are two wires for something else for a card that is missing, there is tape over the ends to prevent them from touching. I don't know wh...
