Survival for the fittest.
maybe that the answer, linux still not fit enough for the desktop market, we can debate about this for pages, but the evidence is: windows still leads by 88% desktop market, followed by mac by 12%.

thanks for the advice, but the reason for enabling PIN request is security, by disabling the PIN request that's mean no security.

almost two weeks I'm wondering why does digikam won't start on my LMDE system.
it works now, but NOT by clicking on the menu, it only starts via terminal, it's a bit odds since the other item on the menu works just fine.
