Hi, I wonder how I can make a shortcut for the run application. I have searched and searched but finds nothing. I am use to use superbutton/windowskey + R so does it show up so I can run applications easier. But in mate edition it's no where to be find (don't know how it is in the other editions) ex...

Cinnamon in Mint 12 pixelize when I click on the menu after I started my pc.
The whole panel and menu pixelize and I don't know why.

I just checked in the /usr/bin folder and the files are there. I don't know what could be the problem.

Installing wine but no .wine folder <SOLVED>

I have tried to install wine several times nu. But everytime so doesn't it create any .wine folder.
I use Mint 12 with mate.
I can't start winecfg because it doesn't exist. I can't install any software because .wine folder doesn't exist.

Anyone who knows what it can be?

I also have problem. I get a gray square where my image should be and the ones I talk to don't se me but they hear me.
I have just bought the cam.
Is there any way to get it to work?
When I test it in skypes options it starts and show the picture but not when I talk to someone.

Youtube (flash) kills screen

I have just installed LMDE on my girlfriends computer.
But when I try to watch a video on youtube the screen dies. I think something more dies like the sound.
I have never seen this problem before.
Anyone who nows what it can be?

I have thought of it aswell.
I have burned a new copy to DVD+R. I hope it will work now.
I don't have antother dvd player/burner and can't afford one right now.
