No idea, but these safe speed tweaks might help (notably, but not exclusively, the ones dealing with reducing the load for your graphics):

Re: How to turn webcam off or on?

OK.... :)

Try some newer drivers, like this:
Update Manager - panel: View - Linux kernels
Install the latest kernel of the 6.5 series. Then reboot and test.

You might want to make lid closure lead to shutdown. It's what I find very convenient.

Good God. Something similar happened a decade or so ago in Ubuntu, which caused a massive outrage then.... It was helpful for Linux Mint adoption, though.

For LibreOffice, there is an authoritative PPA (without the disadvantages of Flatpak):

Then try this: https://easylinuxtipsproject.blogspot.com/p/hp-printers.html Those are good machines, by the way.... Boot from the Mint USB stick, launch Timeshift and restore a Timeshift snapshot. Note that you'll have to launch the wizard(!) and select Locations in order to be able to select a snapshot on the hard disk.

Re: What if Cinnamon 21.3 is installed on 55.3gb space?

Stay clear of Flatpaks, Snaps and AppImages (remove the entire Flatpak infrastructure). And don't set Timeshift to make automatic snapshots; make just one or two snapshots by hand, and keep it at that. Furthermore, keep the number of installed kernels down to one active and one spare. Then you'll ha...
