So looking at journalctl logs, this seems to be the main error messages that started being logged up to 1.5 hours before I noticed the black screen. After a successful boot and subsequent switch kernel 6.5, this has not appeared. But it did probably a hundred of these types of messages during the 1....

Update, I did upgrade to the 6.1.0-1008-oem kernel, and it has been several days and no issues with it. Crossing fingers that this solves the issue!

This morning, the monitor woke up normally. It seems like a kernel issue, so far. I'll look into submitting a bug report, but without an error message, I'm not sure if it would be helpful?

Yep the command you recommended was the one I used. I forgot how many times I had to reboot to get to the grub menu , so tweaked the number a few times. Hopefully I can find some evidence of what happened, in which case I can make a bug report. Thanks!
