[SOLVED]Thanks kc 1dl, Checked MD5 checksum. It was not matching. Re-downloaded Lisa and installed. Its working now.

Linux mint 12, 32 bit dont boot at all

Downloaded and burnt 32 Lisa image and tried to boot in demo mode. Never managed. Then read the post for that and again burnt the image with lowest(2.4x) speed. Still it is not booting. It goes upto "initrd...... Ready". then screen disappears. CD rom shows activities but after 10-12 minut...

Having win 7 as default boot partition, linux xfce and win xp as other to boot options when in win 7 default system time remains ok. When booted in linux and again back to win 7 the system time changes by 3 hrs. Any solution? tried to sychronize time with internet servers but it only clears problem ...

Thanks ThistleWeb. At least now I will not think more in this matter. My Win 7 and Win XP clocks synchronized after installations but the problem was with LInux. But still XFCE is cool and nice than other OS.

Sorry, it is Xfce. I tried to go to time and date in setting but when tried to put synchronization to automatic it gives me this dialogue of " install NTP support and try again"
