So i finally got windows 10 installed and check the camera and my mug shows up so it's definitely a camera, the next question is how to get it to work in Mint once i do a quick re install!!

Ignore the blutooth, turned on the laptop and it's now just magically working lol, just the camera to figure out now.

1 - Hirens BootCD - tried booting of a memory stick and the stick shows up but when chosen in the boot menu it just boots into Mint. This could be because i only have USB3 memory sticks and tried two of them and same problem but they are backwards compatible with USB2 so shouldn't make a difference....

Also to note it has bluetooth but it's disabled by a hardware switch which i am trying to figure out how to enable.

Have managed to get it working, the password had a wrong character which a quick update and it now mounts but i have 2 questions 1.
