Is really unusable to use it like this. The really strange part is that in .config/xfce4/xfconf/xfce-perch...

Gnote not showing in tray bar
Hi,
When I open GNote there is no icon on the task bar, making it that if I hit the close button it close it and I have to start it again.
Is there a way to put it on the task bar ?
Thanks in advance!

Re: Window manager broken after last update
OK we know what's going on. The issue is described at https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mesa/+bug/1835315. The latest MESA update is using LLVM8 and doesn't play nice with some software. We don't really know what else it breaks, but we know it breaks XFWM4 4.13 and doesn't affect XFWM 4.12 ...

Re: After update mintupdate problem with mate and xfce
Karl,
My problem was that I enabled backports for using Checkpoint software. So I disable backports and everything work like a charm.
Funny thing is that I'm not using mate menu but I don't want to change a thing because now is working like a charm the laptop.
Thanks a lot.
Regards.
