Re: Does Subtitleeditor still crash when opening video file?
SubtitleEdit Installation Procedure Amendment It appears that package mono-complete does not need to be installed, as the Mono with which Petra Cinammon already comes is sufficient for our purposes. So, just need: apt install --install-recommends mplayer2 apt install --install-recommends libmono-wi...

Re: Bash Guru?
That's right. So one has to be careful when copying command from file listing not to inadvertently include tab character after commandkarlchen wrote:\t \t \n, this is <tab> <tab> <enter> - And as stated before <tab> will invoke the bash filename/foldername completion.

Re: Bash Guru?
Thanks very much Karlchen
No, copied command from Gedit file that was open. Line in file was a bit funny, in that it line wrapped prematurely. Had then copied line to scratch file and dumped the file. Command line ended with \t \t \n.

Disabling Mouse Doubleclick
This is the second mouse that's going on the blink. Sends Doubleclick more often than not when being single clicked. Don't use doubleclick anyway, so for any suggestion on disabling, will be grateful
