Grub cannot 'see' APFS, therefore grub cannot add macOS to the boot order. You have two options. Printed fine for me. Using Brave Browser, I chose to 'print to pdf' and downloaded the pdf to my downloads folder. Then I opened it with LibreOffice Draw and printed it from there with no problem whatsoever (I chose to just print the first page).
