Re: can't swap to a different wifi network

Just tried MX Linux and swapping to a different Wi-Fi connection works okay. From memory Q4OS had the same problem as LMDE 3. I also tried "Cindy" with a different adaptor (Atheros chip) and it was even worse, no connection at al!!! Come on Debian Gurus, what's the fix???

Re: can't swap to a different wifi network

Just tried a different USB port but no difference, still can't swap WiFi connections. Remember swapping works perfectly on LM17.3!

can't swap to a different wifi network

Hi all. I'm using LMDE3 Cindy and all is well except I can't change to a different WiFi connection. Choosing a different connection displays a "Disconnected" notification which re-appears every minute or so but no connection is ever re-established. The only way to re-connect is to re-plug the USB ad...

Re: Linux Mint 17.3 “Rosa” Cinnamon released!

Thanks for the release............. great fun!
I have discovered a bug using the Private Internet Access client. Scrolling to disconnect no longer works. It is perfectly ok in 17.2 and earlier. I am using Cinnamon 64 bit.
Thanks again for all your work!!!

Re: Linux Mint 17 "Qiana" Cinnamon RC is out!

I've noticed that the Skype window behavour is still odd. When you close and open it a few times, it slowly creeps up the screen. About 12 closes and it goes from bottom to top. It should open in the same position as it was closed!!! Any chance of a fix???

Re: Linux Mint 17 codenamed “Qiana”

Will a fix for Realtek RTL8192CU wireless devices be included in Qiana (17)? It didn't work out of the box in Petra (16).

Re: Wireless keeps asking me for password

This fix works. I've tried it on both Cinnamon and Mate 64 bit and both worked perfectly.

Re: Mouse Pointer problem

Yes, I have exactly the same problem and it is most annoying. LM9 and LM10 did not behave this way on exactly the same hardware.
Someone, please help!
