Okay, so how do I go about applying these themes from Gnome Look? Whenever I try with "appearance" then there is no theme packages. Unless I make them into tar.gz archives. But then they don't work properly.

I am currently downloading Linux Mint 4.0 Daryna. I was wondering when you install it, does it get rid of Windows and all it's data? it doesn't matter if it does, I have a reboot CD. I was just wondering, thanks.
