Re: Install Freezes, help please
I thought about that but I am a linux newbie and didn't take any time to research 32bit vs 64bit. I thought there would be a memory limitation and I see that PAE will go up to 64gb. Is there anything special that needs to be done to enable PAE in 32bit? Even I am an end user. I do not know any spec...

Re: hard drive is not accessible in booting via usb
Try this link.
Instead of nautilus, type Nemo. In stead of Software center, it's called software manager.
I hope this helps.

Not to self promote LBSE, but just incase someone still finds it difficult to add google CSE or any CSE to your Browser, so that you can search directly from address bar, here is the link. I have explained it along with screenshots.

I am so embarrased for not seeing that, and so grateful to you for pointing it out sunnewbie. Re: Google CSE Firefox integration.
I went here: https://www.google.com/cse/ and created a custom search engine to get better results when searching Mint/Ubuntu sites. The result works very well, although it is only presented as a piece of html that is supposed to be embedded into a website. Well I don't want to do that, I want to us...

Risk while using Image Search - QuickHeal Article
Hello,
I use Quick Heal Internet Security on my office XP machines. Recently I got a notification about 'Malware Alert! The risk of image searches on Google and Bing'
Is it to be taken seriously or is it a marketing strategy.
Any thoughts about it?
Thanks
