Can you partition your hard drive for a new partition, where you can install LM-19.3? If you get LM-19.3 working, then you can copy your files/photos/etc over to the LM-19.3. I Upgraded/Installed the 5.3.0 Kernel and the "DRM" Errors are gone.
Also my Boot Up times are less than a Minute!
