I don't have a need to rotate any screens. and i REALLY don't want to use Xinerama either b/c i know it'll break my "pretty effects" (things like transparency, notifications, sliding windows in and out of background). ...although, that said, if all you're trying to do is set up three monitors of the same resolution side by side, with no rotation, then you should be able to get it to work. Set up two of them in the nvidia drivers as a twinview screen, and the other one as a separate x window, then xinerama the two...
