ok well i guess i should say that i got the foo2qpdl driver installed and seems to be working fine w/color and b/w also this was my first sucessfull use of termnal without someone standing over me helping out YAY!!! ok but i thought i shouldlet you know. thanks Husse

I also should say that i was trying to install the splix driver. although i have that and the foo2qpdl downloaded just the latter seemed to have less functionality and a little more involved installation as im not to comfortable using the termnal.

i was wondering if their was any chance that a ndiswrapper type driver installer for printers could work in linux? just a thought!
