[SOLVED] Can't receive files from phone over bluetooth
I'm using Linux Mint 17.2 Cinnamon 64-bit. I can send files from laptop to my phone but not the other way around. Is it a bug or do I need to install something?

I at times feel they are a bit heavy handed at the community. They thrash silly newbie ideas. Where is the encouragement? I mean there are better ways to put one's views out there other than being rude.
