I have now viewed that 16 pixel icon on both my 11 inch Ch...

Re: Linux Mint 7 RC1 released!

My mother Gloria is so excited about this release, I found a review of LinuxMint Gloria RC1 with videos so I e-mailed my mother a link to the article, she is very happy with how her namesake looks & the new features, she has been using Mint since Daryna, same as I, & she is so happy that she will be...

Mint4Win installer

Something that I have been able to do to get people to try Linux is have them go to the WUBI website & download the installer from there, then as you may know the WUBI installer downloads an Ubuntu .iso image & then installs Ubuntu without the need to burn a CD. Re: HELP: installing mint preconfig?

That is not what I was talking about, I was not talking about running more then one version. I was asking if there was any kind of meta package that I could d/l through synaptic to switch me over from LinuxMint4 XFCE to Main, or to KDE version like how you can with Ubuntu, Kubuntu, Xubuntu in Ubuntu.

Re: HELP: installing mint preconfig?
