I was playing around with themes at a absurd hour and noticed some very annoying,what I call glitches. Every time I change the theme,the mouse changes to microscopic size and I have to keep finding/loosing it till I can enlarge it. This is very frustrating/annoying,to say the least. Agreed,as screensavers don't work for me in Mint or UbuntuMATE. Screen goes dark and that's it.

I got my 11? year old ThinkPad running Kubuntu 20.04 LTS backed up and made a live thumb drive of Endeavour and booted it up. I tried Manjaro and got two crashes in less than a year. I personally will never use any roiling release ever again.

Underneath those Theme icons there are buttons - one of them says customize.
That's the one to click to get further options like pointer settings.

Ah, I've just found and added the brightness applet.
It would be great to have the keyboard control the brightness as well, but this is saving my eyes.
