Hi, After switching from propietary nvidia drivers to free nouveau driver the problem has dissapeared. Many thanks, going to preferences >> cinnamon settings >> themes >> other settings >> icon theme and switch the default "mint-x" theme to "gnome-wise" theme now I see correct icons. I needed to logout and login again. The "mint-x-dark" icon theme is also nice :)

I have just found a workaround which at least let me work. When I try to unlock the computer I have the main screen with a blue background and the second screen with black background.
