Buenas! Estoy buscando algun manual o documento que explique como Instalar y configurar conky. He visto cosas maravillosas pero no logro pasar del aptitude install jajaja

He buscado la forma de actualizar el XFCE 4.8 a 4.10. Dicen de usar los repositorios de SID. Pero no se como hacerlo, ¿Alguno me puede dar una mano?
