cannot get wifi and bluetooth up simultaneously

I cant get both wifi and bt to be running simultaneously. when you start one, it just kills the other.

installed this kernel 3.7.3-030703-generic and now it boots fine and the fan doesnt run on overdrive anymore.

former issue regarding the Wireless not auto-on after boot is back, but better than the power problems

sooo scratch that.. i didnt update grub after the bios update, and having done that today... stil need acpi=off

In order for me to boot into LM14 i have to add 'acpi=off'. when i use 'acpi=ht' it hangs again almost immediately and i need to force restart. what ive read yields "This disables all of ACPI except just enough to enable Hyper Threading. ok so, selecting 'e' and adding apci=off to the linux line lets me get into the environ. now i just need to read how negatively this affects my pc (as i have read that it kills fans even though i hear mine blowing still)

gonna update this.. so i had a chance to mess around this morning and here are a couple more things. asi mentioned i can never make it past the splash screen. Using 'Boot from local disk' after starting with my usb drive, i end up at busybox ' initramfs > ' in compatibility mode with apci=off before...
