Hi AndyMH, really using Chromium I can play HD video of Amazon Prime. Some weeks ago I tried, but there was the same problem of Firefox.

That means you have a newer version installed than the one which comes with Linux Mint. That may be the issue. Hi, mintupgrade can't correct held broken packages... What version of LibreOffice do you currently have installed? Is it the one from the Linux Mint repos or did you install it from somewhere else? If switching to LM21 is imperative, better do a clean new install. First make a backup of your home folder. To keep the programs you use, use the Mint backup that is present by default in LM20.
