How do I report bugs in Cinnamon?

How can I report a bug upstream to Cinnamon?

On a related note, how do I find out the cinnamon version number?

KDE 4.7

Is there any way to upgrade to the KDE 4.7 RC in the current version of Linux Mint KDE?
Or do I have to wait for LM11 KDE?

Re: Mint 11 KDE development

Maybe this gets posted a lot, but why not release a beta?
You'd get more testers that way, and everyone knows it isn't ready yet.

Re: Linux Mint 10 KDE question

I'd also like to know a rough timeframe for the KDE edition. So much of the development is done by a small group of people, who don't tend to give ETAs. I appreciate that a lot of hard work goes into making the distro, and I wouldn't want it before it's cooked, but I'd like to know if the timescale ...

Starting to build ISO.

Cheers

Pardon my ignorance, but how long does it take to build an iso?
Not long but it has to be tested by Clem also

If I were a mod I'd remove this because IMO its flame-bait, and completely off-topic.

Re: Isadora KDE Development Progress Report

I will probably use this RC as soon as it is available. IMO the Mint RCs rarely contain showstopper bugs.

Re: Isadora KDE Development Progress Report

Do you not think that a lower quality beta could be released? Surely more people testing it would result in a more stable finished product?

Frankly, I doubt it, but that's not the point. Fedora is good but Mint targets a completely different market sector.

Looking forward to the release, Kubuntu Lucid was the first KDE distro worth looking at, so Mint stands to be even better!

Re: Linux Mint 9 "Isadora" RC released!

Does anyone know when we're likely to see a KDE release candidate?
I'm looking forward to testing.
Mint 7 KDE was the first KDE I liked.
Mint 8 KDE was amazing.
Mint 9 KDE stands to be perfect.

Does anyone know what KDE version it will be using?

Running Gnome and KDE side by side

What are the issues when running both the KDE and Gnome desktop environments on the same user account?
Is this wise?
If I install mint-meta-kde, will everything break? (I'm currently running mint 8 x64)

Multimedia keys in Banshee

I'm using Banshee which is a GTK app.
How can I get my multimedia keys to work with it?
They work with Amarok, and they work with Banshee on Gnome.

Re: Linux Mint 8 KDE RC1 Bug topic

Another annoying bug, more of a papercut.
When you double-click a file in Firefox's download window, it opens dolphin first.

Also apt: links don't work in Firefox.

Re: Linux Mint 8 KDE RC1 Bug topic

Sound is very flaky for me.
Sometimes it works, but there's a feature in pulseaudio where only one application capable of playing sound can work at a time.
So if I'm listening to a song in Exaile or Amarok, and I want to watch a youtube video, I have to log out and in again.
