The opposite of mint4win
Is it possible to run Win XP within Linux? My current setup is one hdd with Win XP and Linux Mint 13 - Xfce, and both are running well. I can mount the Win XP drive from Linux and view all the files.

I added wine but it still didn't work but eventually I got it working. The problem was spaces in the folder name and it needs "\" added before the spaces. Thanks again.

I used xfwm4 command in the terminal and it fixed this. the problem still come back but only once and hasn't come back since.

That didn't work, it does needs "Wine' to run but I'm sure wine run on startup, even though its not in the startup list.

I have tried but when clicking 'Add' then 'Command' icon some folders do not appear. It maybe because they're hidden as I can see the folders in File Manager.

This doesn't work, somehow I had TC install on the hdd and the usb. When removing TC from the hdd the TC on the usb would not work!.

I haven't tried opening applications within the encrypted drive or container, but libre office documents opened, though not microsoft text files!

Have you try to open the TrueCrypt application from the "/usr/share/applications" folder? Is TC located there?

You can, download the Linux version (standard package) of TC from http://www.truecrypt.org/downloads. Extract the download, then run the extracted file. A terminal window should appear asking to 1) Install and 2) Extract. Choose 'Extract'. The terminal should tell you where the files were extracted ...

Search function for forums not working.
I try to search using "Search within: Topic titles only" but it reverts back to the default setting. Has anyone else had this problem?
