Works for me: I`m using Oxygen Style with Qt Curve scheme enabled and Lancelot is transparent. I assume you have enabled desktop effects as well?

MINT STICK: just like to say great job
As a long time linux user who has been through the wars I just want to say that the Mint Stick usb writer and formatter is one of the finest pieces of software I`ve ever used. Anybody who has used unetbootin or suse imagewriter knows they can be inconsistent in their success rate. With Mintstick it ...

Right click panel, then click panel options, then click panel settings, then where it says screen edge you can drag the panel anywhere you want. Top, right or left. Obviou...

Re: Installing Mint Menu in XFCE 13?
Thanks J.Jay. I think running off a usb is the problem. Followed your instructions and only the network monitor shows up in the applet list . So I may just install on a spare partition and give it a go.

Solved: Debian Mint XFCE Installer won`t read partitions
Title says it all. I click refresh partitions and nothing happens except a small window briefly appears and then disappears. No matter how I set up my partitions when I edit with gparted I get no joy once I return to the Read Partitions Section of the installer. Obviously if the installer can`t read...

Rippiing CDs
Just installed asunder in LMDE and I get no joy. Nor does any other cd ripping software like grip work. Not sure what is going on. Cds are rercognized in other programs. I can play them in Rythmbox . Any suggestions?
