Good idea unfortunately Mate panel althou IMHO very cool, doesn`t have icon reprezentation of whats is opened.
So actually because it lacks this simple thing can not actually run as dock ;)
NVM Docky is working fine ;)

How about Plank? Did you tried that one? For Plank and Plank themer, click >> here << Yes but you see Plank=Docky. Plank is docky without setup GUI ;) In meantime I sorted Caja issue with it so I guess I will use docky ;) https://github.com/mate-desktop/caja/issues/227#issuecomment-31482197

Re: Skip titlebar on particular app.

Ok I will make it more clear. There is app, anything, I dont know, for example: Calc, VLC, Pluma. I dont want titlebar to be presented on this app, lets say Pluma. I want Pluma without titlebar. Is this possible with Gnome/Mate or I can do it only in KDE, XFCE ???

Skip titlebar on particular app.

Yo !! Question ;) Can I skip titlebar of particular app, lets say VLC in Mate GUI ? I am looking for similar feature to KDE, I mean I dont need titlebar on certain apps like Spotify, VLC, etc. I don`t wanna turn off titlebar globaly. Is this possible ?
