iwd must not be available for that version might need to upgrade
I did check Ubuntu Packages iwd is only for Fossa

also check Synaptic Package Manager and search for ( network-manager ) and see what version you have installed you need 1.16 or later to get wpa3

There are a couple I know - testdisk - or - scalpel - but neither are gui based both are command based - there are plenty of guides out there to help you walk through the process - both are available through the Repos or Synaptic Package Manager sudo apt install testdisk or sudo apt install scalpel ...

If gparted is installed you can use that as well to verify - open GParted and select the filesystem you want to check. Right click on it and select “Check”.

Might want to check if Sticky Keys got activated - Menu=>Preferences=>Keyboard=>Accessibility=>Disable Sticky Keys.
