Just copy paste the following command in terminal and it will Disable USB autosuspend

echo on | sudo tee /sys/bus/usb/devices/*/power/level >/dev/null

nVidia Drivers

Open terminal and copy paste

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:graphics-drivers/ppa

then

sudo apt-get update

close terminal

Then go to your Driver Manager and update to the latest drivers
