At the end I did a clean installation from usb-stick ( without buring Dont quite know how you did a clean install from USB stick without burning the new ISO LM 20, Unless of course you reverted back to the old LM 19.3 from a stick you were using before you had upgraded to the LM 20 that you reporte...

+1, why are so many of the tinfoil hat brigade using Mint? Because they come with the mistaken belief that Linux Systems, in and of themselves, are some sort of "magic bullet", or "magic wand", that will miraculously protect them from all of the "evils" ready to pounce...
