Thank you.

So I guess from your answers the linuxmint.com cookies are stored in /home/xxx/.config/chromium/Default/login data or the equvalent chrome-folder when I was chrome.

Is there a clean way to prevent this? What is important for me: I still want to stay logged in like here in this forum by clicking "remember me". I do not let Chrome save my passwords in the settings. Are the credentials stored in a cookie on my laptop or at Google or both? I have change the keyring...
