ok I had seen bad, you have 2 file, chrome.list and google-chrome.list

But, with chrome.list disabled and google-chrome.list enabled and modified have You errors?
I don't think if all' set properly.

delete all and copy this

I think you did not have to move it, but you had to try what I said, as you can see in the google chrome repo, and you have the active repo for earth

For me, You have touch the system, in the recente versions of Mint , the grub update it should not use this file

very likely you just add this
deb [arch=amd64] http:etc etc
to the repository address in the file.

it seems to me that the grub packages are not updated of version on Ubuntu and Mint, so once you have installed the Ubuntu grub on the device and Ubuntu is the main n system, you should not have any surprises
