IMMEDIATELY back up anything important and shop for a new drive is what I would suggest!
Removed the drive and sent it back for CCL to look at.
I'm not impressed with an SSD drive that last five month.

open up "gnome-disks" what is in qoutes can be typed in terminal to open it. hit control s to open smart data and self tests. Check if it warns if the drive is failing. I panicked, after thinking I tried 'fsck /dev/sda2' [ which I should have realised in the first place ]clicked yes to everything and re-booted.
