Re: Linux 19 & mail servers

As JoeFootball stated, your mail server's setting may have changed.
Or, runbox is fubar; I would uninstall/reinstall.
Or, TBird has issues; I would uninstall/reinstall.

I use TBird and it's flawless on LM 19.3.

Re: How is a website detecting my previous visits with....

I don't use BleachBit. I use Ubuntu Cleaner, with discretion. My Browser-Cleanse script: #!/bin/bash echo "Delete Firefox_SlimJet_Opera_Vivaldi_Chrome_Data-History-Cache-Thumbnails" # echo "Delete Firefox Cache" sudo rm -rf ~/.cache/mozilla/firefox/*.default-release/cache2/* sudo...

Re: Two problems after LMDE3 installation

What wifi adapter (card) is installed in that PC?
If it's a Broadcom, you may need to compile the drivers.
I have LDME3 installed on 4 PCs, 2 with Broadcom wifi adapters and 2 with Intel; all 4 work fine out-of-the-box.

Re: LMDE3 USB External HDD & USB Flash Drive Install

pbear, that package was recommended by a post I read. After installing it, the USB flash drive with LMDE3 would not boot on any of my 6 PCs. I did a complete reinstall on that USB flash drive to make it bootable again, before I found out how to remove the PAE package without doing a complete reinsta...

LMDE3 USB External HDD & USB Flash Drive Install

I just installed LMDE3 Debian Stretch Linux Mint Cinnamon Cindy x86_64 on a USB External HDD and on a USB Flash drive. Both USB drives boot and run flawlessly on 4 different PCs. Nice OS, flawless. I would rather run Debian than Ubuntu, so I will test it further. After installing LMDE3: Run Timeshif...

No point missed here. Never had any problems, whatsoever; kernel updates fine. Everything is flawless. Running SOPHOS for over 5 years on over 20 Linux Mint PCs. Go figure.

I run SOPHOS AV on all my LM rigs (CLI). Been running it for many years while I was on M$ Winblows.
I run Firewalld, also.

Re: Cannot get Java Runtime working

This is how I installed Java 11 on LM19.3 Maybe it will help you. You can check to see if Oracle Java 11 is set as default by checking your current Java version using the following command: java -version OR javac -version Install Oracle Java 11 (JDK 11) in Ubuntu, Linux Mint or Debian from PPA To ad...

Re: Error when installing Cyberghost

I tried to install CG several years ago, and gave up! Not worth the hassle. Too many problems trying to get CG installed.
Now, on my Linux rigs, I just log-on online to the CG website and fly away.

Re: netflix on linuxmint 19 and above

Firefox 72.0.1 x64 logs-on to Netflix, but when I start to play a movie, I get the good-ole Error Code: F7701-1003. DRM is enabled.
Widevine module is activated.
Still no-go.
That's why I use Chrome & Opera for Netflix.
Thanks for the info.
