From what I understand USB devices are backwards compatible. Also in vbox you are using most all the Host drivers.

Re: A few issues, Clock disapears and Spotify

Fist off, when ever I change the format on my clock, it disappears unless it's anything but military time. I've removed clock and added it back several times, no go. Second, not a big deal, but Spotify only loads correctly from the terminal. If I create launcher, it loads but I just a get a blank s...

Re: Feral rescue cat

Lovely to know your new master has a good home. Thanks for sharing! There's a stray who has taken to using the shelter in the back yard. Re: My biggest pet peeve

Recently I have caught myself on a few posts and was fortunate enough to catch myself and edit them before anyone else posted and either change it to a never mind or correct it otherwise. Never the less I am a product of my own peeve.

My biggest pet peeve

Something that has always bothered me is when you send in a help request or on a forum and people don't read your entire post before they respond. Now I am catching myself doing the same thing. Life is quick but perhaps I need to slow down a bit. sighhhh

SSD is the single best improvement one can make to speed. This laptop doesn't have one and my speed is comparable to yours.
