Nemo and its 1001 flaws! :( Bookmark icons change on click

If i click on my bookmarks the icons get a red circle with strip in it, as if the link is broken, but they are not! They work fine.
Why is that? Or how can i fix that?

Re: Remove Swap part., expand Root part. and use swapfile?

Ah i see that initramfs is a sort of archive that is used at boot, loaded into ram and used as root. So you mean that the archive still has the swap lines in his files?

Re: Remove Swap part., expand Root part. and use swapfile?

Wel.. i had better let swap be as it was before deleting. It hangs about 60 secs at boot and gives me a eurandom warning because it reached ratelimit or something. It flashes by if it contineus booting. And now suddenly my soundcard is not working anymore because of equalizer-sink not found??? :(

Re: Remove Swap part., expand Root part. and use swapfile?

Nice! Swap is gone with the wind.... i hope it does not give a problem with the numbering of the partitions?

Now i have to invest some time in making a swapfile.

Re: Remove Swap part., expand Root part. and use swapfile?

I don't care if it goes off-topic, as long as my questions are answered! ;) And i want to thank gm10 for confirming that partition moving is possible! The only thing i did not dare to do was completely remove swap, because maybe the numbering of partitions would cause havoc? Or the system would hang...

Re: Remove Swap part., expand Root part. and use swapfile?

I almost know for sure that swap is not working. For one with every boot is see in a flash (i have verbose mode on and no logo at boot) that it asks for a password. It is too short to quickly enter the password, so it can't be working without it i guess. Then sometimes when i want to install a progr...

Re: Remove Swap part., expand Root part. and use swapfile?

Sheisse... You speak of only Gparted or all partition managers for linux?

Because with PM's in m$ windows it is possible to move a partition to the left or to the right! If i recall EaseUs Partition Master can do that!

Re: [Solved] Using Inxi in Terminal or in Conky gives different output format!

I have all i want in my conky applets, but i want to learn what i can and can't do with grep, awk, head etc.. and not only from a file, but from a pipe also! And at the same time play with conky.. ;) But not all you can get from the standard variables of conky.. no mobo or bios info, no gnome or gtk...
