I downloaded the two files. When I ran the first one, I got an error:

Dependency is not satisfiable: python-wnck

Also, the Install Package button is ghosted.

I just came back to Linux (Mint 19.1 xfce) after a 20-year hiatus in Windows. Lots of things have changed...
