sudo chown me /media/me/Backup
and this solved problem on "Backup" partition.

After :
sudo chown me /media/me/Dati

This XFCE version of Mint 18.3 goes so well that I don't want to make changes or tests, it's installed on Notebook and desktop PC, it's a Swiss watch.

I solved this by:
I removed VLC from the application manager.

Then I always reinstalled it from the application manager but choosing VLC (Flathub) instead of VLC.
By doing this, version 3.0.7.1 Vetinari is installed.
It seems to work well.
