I've bought a VCR/DVD recorder. To record my home movies that are on VHS tapes. I want a software that will let me edit my home videos. So I can add music and pictures to my movies. Can anyone tell me of software that will let me edit movies? I'm looking for something like "Windows Movie Maker".

Have you tried installing v1.5.6 as Shared Folders work perfectly on this version. Mike. I went to VirtualBox's web site. Found a guy there that said he had version 1.6.4 installed. Having the same problems. What he did was uninstalled the VBoxGuestAdditions version 1.6.4. Then installed version 1....

Have you checked to see if shared folders actually work on version 1.6.2 ??? I know there have been problems in that area. Well if you've done all of that then the only thing that must be missing is the guest additions! In windows, at the bottom of the screen on the task bar do you have a small blue square with the virtualbox logo on it ? If not, which is what I suspect, then you need to install the Guest Additions int...

Thanks, Mike! Some of the method worked after I installed Guest Additions. I can browse to the Shared Folders in Windows XP windows explorer Map Network Drive tab, but I can't actually add the Shared Folders .
