Yes, it's turned on.
But shouldn't it be mounted on the desktop aswell so she can go in to the memory card and copy the files she want?

She has a canon digital ixus 60.
She couldnt find any of those options.
But it's wierd, because she have a SD card reader in her netbook, but that won't work.:S

Hi all! I just installed Linux Mint 10 on a friends computer, a Packard Bell Dot. When she plugs in her digital camera it doesn't appear. She ran lusb in terminal, and the camera was detected. Oh, I fixed it by downloading the BIOS for Aspire One.
As I said, I'm an idiot.:P

Now it's time to get to know Mint.:)
