Can you explain to me, how this is relevant for shutting down a computer (which is one if the use cases you prescribed it for)?
It's relevant to get his wifi to connect smoothly.

Redshift-gtk works great and is in the repositories. However there's a bug if you don't set the location manually.

When I wake my computer up, or start it up, it either connects very slowly to the wifi network or fails to establish a connection with this error:
I think you need to unload your wifi card kernel modules before computer goes to sleep or shuts down.

I ran into a similar problem with an app link, found a duplicate launcher with no icon.
It took a while to find it. Check your profile in .local/share/applications.

Go to advanced search
