You can try to disable power management of network manager with following commands.

If you install rtl8821ce-dkms package for your wifi device, you must disable secureboot from BIOS/EFI settings. You can check status of secureboot with following command.

Is your connection 5 Ghz band? If so, you can try changing the connecting band to 2.4 Ghz.

To do this, open the network connections tool with the command below.
Double click your network connection.
You can make the change from the band option on the wifi tab.

If ufw (firewall) is enabled, you can try to allow for CUPS with following command.
