I did try the "Wizard Pen", link, but since this is Ubanto, and I am useing LinuxMint 10, juliet,...But I tried it anyway, but couldn't get it to work,...Hopefully someone sees this, or I need to post in a different topic, or start a new one ?

You can use a KFloppy program or command line. Fat16 filesystem --> sudo mkfs.msdos /dev/fd0 Ext2 filesystem --> sudo mkfs.ext2 /dev/fd0 With surface checking use option -c This seems to work pretty good and I found FDUTILS, in the packages has mtools in it too,..I did get it to mount Of course .. ...

They are pretty limited in size, but I like them cause it is easy to errase and re use them, they say there are CDs that can be errased and re burned,..but have never had any luck, getting that to work, so if I don't have what I burn on to it right, I lose the CD,.. I do like these Portable USB HDs,...

Hurray!, I finaly got it to connect, I am posting this, useing linux mint,..and the Huawei prepaid "doongle".So ok any way now thats working ,I can move on to other things,..Includeing adding or installing some softawre that is on line,..
