Re: firefox menus not working

Strange…

Is your computer responsive otherwise when Firefox is running?

It could be a script or flash blocking it.
Is it true whatever is open in FF? even the start page only?

So I don't know the package name to remove it… any idea? The program name was: amd-driver-installer-12-4-x86.x86_64.run Tha...

Re: LM12: Keyboard Responsiveness And Speed

I don't use VM, so I don't know, but as the computer load is not heavy it is more of a bug than something else.

Have you tried to start with an older kernel?

Re: LM12: Keyboard Responsiveness And Speed

if espcially while browsing the web, it is likely because of flash and javascript.

In a term, when it lags, type the command top
it will show you if the computer is busy and with which program…

if it is the web browser, then try option to disable flash

Re: Linux Wont Boot Up- Blue Screen Of Death

it seems definitely strange. even if the hard disk is broken, it shouldn't avoid the start of Linux on USB. And the reinstall should have solved any partition issue… Have you test only, or try to install linux? on which partition… By the way I read that some new kind of BIOS would install a "no chan...

Thanks for your insight anyway. Have a good w...
