I'm not suggesting putting it on the CD. I'm suggesting updating the Linux Mint repos to include the newest version of Abiword, instead of relying on the very out-of-date, unsupported version that is included with Hardy Heron.

I'm kinda surprised Linux Mint 5.0 does not have the new Abiword. There is a repo set up for it for those who want it. Maybe it can be added, or put into the Mint repo?
