They are paths inside the dconf database. They're not paths on your filesystem.

16270 /timeshift So almost half of your disk usage, 16 GB, is for system snapshots. You're on a laptop I guess? On my desktop with a YT 1080p video running my CPU Tctl is 40°C (20°C above ambient) and the fan runs at 450 RPM. My GPU edge is 35°C and the fans run at 0 RPM.

Acceptable noise from fans is none. If I can hear the fans from 1m away it's a crap build.
